At Sam Jewellers, each piece of jewellery is crafted with meticulous care and subjected to rigorous quality checks before it leaves our studio. In keeping with the nature of fine jewellery and bespoke craftsmanship, all sales are considered final.
We do not offer refunds. However, we offer an exchange facility under the specific conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Exchange
An exchange request will be considered only if ALL of the following conditions are met:
• The exchange request is raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery
• The item has not been worn, altered, resized, or damaged after delivery
• The item is returned in its original condition, with all original packaging, certificates, and documentation intact
• The item passes a thorough quality inspection conducted by our expert team
• The item was not purchased as a custom-made or bespoke creation — personalised pieces are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances
Quality Inspection Process
All exchange requests are subject to a mandatory quality review by our team of craftsmen and GIA-certified gemologists. This inspection verifies the condition and authenticity of the returned piece.
The outcome of this inspection is final and binding. An exchange will be approved only if the item is found to be in its original, unaltered condition. Sam Jewellers reserves the right to decline an exchange if the piece shows signs of wear, modification, or damage.
How to Initiate an Exchange
To raise an exchange request, please follow these steps:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or phone (details below)
• Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and clear photographs of the item
• Our team will review your request and advise on the next steps
• If approved for inspection, deliver or ship the item securely to our studio
• Upon successful quality approval, an exchange for an item of equal or greater value will be arranged

Exchange Value
Exchanges will be processed for items of equal or greater value. In the case of an item of greater value, the price difference must be paid by the customer. No cash, credit, or store credit will be issued in lieu of the exchanged item.
Non-Eligible Items
The following are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances:
• Custom-made, bespoke, or personalised jewellery pieces
• Items that have been resized, engraved, or altered after purchase
• Items purchased during sale or promotional events, unless stated otherwise
• Items reported after 7 days from the date of delivery
• Items returned without original packaging, certificates, or documentation
No Refund Policy
Sam Jewellers does not provide refunds in any form — including cash, bank transfer, or credit note. By proceeding with a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms of this Exchange Policy in full.
